Origin and acquisition; by Bedouins in the gigantic field of ruins of Seistan in 1971; cf.: AFGHANISTAN, Erdmann, Tübingen, Basel, pp. 143 f.

The aforementioned ruins field Seistan was hardly visited and proved to be very dangerous for people without local knowledge — unsecured, deep buildings — only a Bedouin, a kutchi, lingered about, who offered found items.
This vast field of ruins was barely explored in 1971 and was also rarely visited by outsiders.
