Description from the seller

Silver-plated table oil cruets with blown-glass bottles – Christofle, Gallia collection, circa 1955–1965

Elegant dining set consisting of a structure with an oval base and a central ring handle, made of silver, accompanied by two original blown-glass ampoules with stopper and handle, intended for oil and vinegar service.

The structure presents a sober and balanced silhouette, typical of mid-20th-century Italian production, with a beaded edge on the tray, a turned central column, and shaped feet. The ampoules, perfectly housed in the designated circular supports, are consistent in form, material and period.

Materials
– Structure and tray: silver-plated
– Ampoules: transparent blown glass

Peso
– Silver (base and structure): about 400 grams
– Glass ampoules: about 350 grams in total

Dimensions (approx., as shown in the photos)
– Total height: 22 cm
– Base length: 17 cm
– Base width: 11 cm

Condition
Good overall condition
The silver part shows normal signs of wear and age, such as superficial micro-scratches and mild tarnishing.
The glass ampoules are intact, with no cracks or breaks, showing slight signs of use on the bottom.
There is a patina consistent with the object's age; it has not been polished in order to preserve its original appearance.

Note
– Item sold as shown in the photographs, which are an integral part of the description
– complete set with the structure and two original ampoules
– Suitable for table use as well as for decorative or collectible purposes.
