Kurotory’s QR-Brel (LF) is a large-format mixed‑media Pop Art work in a limited edition (600 × 600 × 3 mm, 3 kg) hand-signed, produced in Belgium directly by the artist, dated 2020+, on brushed aluminium with premium print and protective varnish, with an included numbered certificate of authenticity.

Large format, stylish popart work of Jacques Brel, created from 3600 QR codes. Each QR-code describes either an important event in his life or the title of one of his songs. As a whole, the work serves as a biography of the artist.

Kurotory is a painter and a digital visual artist. In addition to using traditional painting techniques, he also creates digital artworks and serigraphs on various base materials by using optical and mathematical image processing concepts. Kurotory draws inspiration from the insights of Martin Gardner and is influenced by Op-art and Popart artists such as Andy Warhol, David Hockney, Victor Vasarely, Bridget Riley and Reginald Neal.
