Large freestanding wrought-iron wine cabinet from France, Bauhaus style, circa 1950–2000, with double doors and decorative crossbars with a central star, featuring curved bottle supports for lying storage and a heavy, patinated metal construction.

Large wrought-iron wine bottle cabinet with double doors – France, 20th century.
An exceptionally large freestanding wine-bottle cabinet made of solid wrought iron in a monumental vaulted design.
The piece of furniture is designed as a wine cabinet and features two large hinged doors with a decorative crossbar lattice pattern and a central star motif.
Inside, there are numerous curved bottle holders designed for horizontal storage of wine bottles. The back wall is finished with dark metal panels, giving the cabinet the appearance of a historic wine cellar.
The construction is very sturdy and heavy, made entirely of metal, with no wood or MDF. The surface displays a beautiful, authentic patina with signs of aging, matching the industrial-vintage character.
