Up for auction is an exquisite antique tea service from the renowned English manufacturer Mintons, featuring the iconic "Seaweed" pattern. This design is one of the most celebrated examples of the Aesthetic Movement of the late 19th century, characterized by delicate, nature-inspired motifs.
The pattern displays finely branched seaweed structures in a warm rust-red tone, reminiscent of organic coral formations. The elegant, angular handle designs are a hallmark of high-quality British porcelain craftsmanship from this era.

1x Creamer / Milk jug
1x Teacup

All pieces bear the Mintons backstamp with the globe and crown. The "England" inscription below the logo dates the set precisely between 1891 and approximately 1912 (prior to the introduction of "Made in England").
A rare find for collectors of English porcelain and enthusiasts of Victorian design.
