Description from the seller
This innovative fabric made of technical fiber represents the modern evolution of dévoré. Thanks to an advanced process of selective fiber corrosion, the fabric alternates opaque areas with transparent areas, creating a play of solid and void that interacts with light and the surrounding environment.
Aesthetics and Design
Graphic Composition: The pattern is an explosion of Contemporary-Abstract style. It overlays rigid geometric shapes (squares and rectangles) with organic elements that evoke the botanical world (stylized leaves and stems).
Layering effect: The devoré technique allows motifs to be perceived as if they are suspended on multiple levels. Light, filtering through the transparent sections, casts artistic shadows that change throughout the day.
Technical Finish: The synthetic fiber imparts a silky sheen and a crisp hand, ensuring superior crease resistance and an impeccable drape.
Color Palette
A color combination inspired by the tones of the ocean and the forest:
Blu Ottanio and Indigo: They add depth and a touch of urban elegance.
Acid Green and Lime: They add accents of vibrant light and freshness.
Anthracite gray and taupe: they balance the composition, making it sophisticated and easy to pair.
Usage Tips
As a semi-transparent technical fabric, it is ideal for:
Modern Draperies: Perfect for panels or folding curtains in lofts or open spaces where you want to filter light with a strong decorative impact.
Partition diaphragms: Used as a scenic backdrop to separate two spaces without visually closing them off.
Home décor details: Ideal for runners or decorative elements laid over neutral bases to highlight the devoré pattern.
