Bushmills 16 Years Old is an exceptional single malt Irish whiskey from Bushmills, Ireland’s oldest whiskey distillery. The whiskey has been triple distilled for exceptional purity and smoothness, and matured in three wood types. It first aged in Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks for a minimum of 16 years, and was then finished for several months in port wine casks for a hint of ruby redness and a long sweet finish. The result is a complex and intriguing whiskey with a distinctive character of rich fruitiness and malty nuttiness.
