Luciano Marcato srl is also the licensee of the Fornasetti brand and archive for the production and distribution in Italy and abroad of furniture fabrics, curtains, trimmings, and carpets designed by Piero Fornasetti. Piero Fornasetti, a painter, designer, sculptor, and set designer from Milan, is renowned worldwide for his unmistakable works and decorations.

After the passing in 1988, his work continued under the direction of his son Barnaba Fornasetti, who carried on the activity while strictly respecting his father's creative and intellectual foundation, ensuring the continuity of the atelier and the enhancement of the artistic heritage.
