"V as Vase" is an elegant and delicate sculptural piece that adorns your walls with seasonal colors; display your dried flowers in the hollow of its V-neckline to enjoy them all year round.
The hand-applied mirror-metal leaf gilding gives it its unique character and patinated imperfections, lending it a vintage appearance. This original work was conceived in France by designer-artist Caroline Schilling; it is hand-signed on the left profile of the piece.

Caroline Schilling's approach
A graduate designer artist from the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs (ENSAD) in Paris, her unusual works have been exhibited at the Salon Maison et Objet in Paris (Best of MOM selection), at the Collectible Salon in Brussels, as well as in galleries in Paris, Nantes, and elsewhere (Oscar, Antique Lightings...).

In her world, beauty hides where it is least expected; she believes it is enough to use the right medium to reveal the extraordinary in everything around us, and it is the small details that make all the difference. In short, she perceives potential everywhere, and her creative approach highlights the anecdotal, the ineffable, and even the ordinary; she adds a soulfulness to everyday objects.

Through her first collection, 'WAW!', she brought to life objects and expressions fallen into disuse, materialized as unusual functional sculptures. Always at the crossroads of applied and fine arts, her polymorphic artist's eye is full of surprises. With this new piece, named 'V comme Vase,' Caroline Schilling invites us even more to change our perspective on our surroundings.

The indicated delivery rates are exclusive of customs fees and/or specific taxes inherent to the destination country.

Recommendations & installation
Upon receipt, it is recommended to carefully unpack the item and handle it with caution.
The wall mounting is simple; to do this, you just need to drill, insert a wall plug, then pass the brass collar of the wall plug cover into a screw, screw the screw halfway into your wall, hang the sling by its large loop, and finish screwing the screw until the steel loop of the sling is locked, which is then clamped between the wall and the brass collar. Then, screw the chrome part of the wall plug cover to complete the suspended vase and decorate it with dried flowers.
This work is intended for indoor use only and outside of humid rooms.
