LACRISS, artist in the capital Rome, Italy, born in 1990.
A passion for art and design has accompanied the artist since childhood, and his passion has become his profession. His art is characterized by an instinctive creative process that begins intuitively on canvas, with a charcoal sketch on canvas and layers of acrylic paint, pastel, oil, and graphite. He seeks a raw style, a seemingly simple dirty canvas, but the vision leads to moments of childhood and the artist's emotions expressed in instinctive brushstrokes. The artist does not want to exclude that touch of abstract and contemporary art in his works. The charcoal lines create existing cartoons or the artist's pure imagination in an original and strange way. His works also end up in printed editions or other media. Thus, a refined urban style influenced by the artist's instinct, the world of comics, cartoons, and design. Lacriss creates and paints in his studio in Rome.
