Andrea Imwiehe, winner of the AOK Nordost Art Prize, Berlin/Brandenburg, and scholarship holder at Künstlerhaus Lukas in Ahrenshoop, is a graduate of the Hochschule für Bildende Kunst Braunschweig. She has been passionately involved with painting since her youth and now lives and works in an atelier in the old imperial post office in the heart of Berlin.
