This painting feels as if someone has caused the sky to burst open for a brief, wild moment. Not quietly, not cautiously – but with a force that could no longer be contained. The bright, almost explosive streaks in turquoise shoot like sparks through the deep blue, as if trying to break a boundary that had been firmly in place for far too long.

There is a sense of liberation in it. Something that has built up finally breaks free: a thought, a feeling, a long-delayed step. It is this moment when you find the courage to break through something — whether it's a fear, a habit, or a silence in which you've lost yourself.
