Illustrated with photographic plate by Houston Rogers, and a drawing within the text. Published by Samuel French Limited, London, 1957. Original light blue cloth, titles in red and blue to upper cover.

Condition:
Firm, and well-bound copy. Some fading and marks to the covers. No names or inscriptions. Pages are clean and unmarked (Please see pictures).
