Based on the Norwegian labels on the dials, the instrument was likely manufactured in Scandinavia or Germany for the Scandinavian market, possibly in the mid-20th century.
Device Description
Case: Made of polished wood with rounded corners in an Art Deco style.
Barometer (left): An aneroid barometer with a round scale displaying atmospheric pressure in millimeters of mercury (mmHg) or hectopascals (hPa). Inscriptions on the scale include the words "REGN" (rain), "USTADIG" (unstable), and "PENT" (fair/beautiful).
Thermometer (center): A glass mercury or spirit thermometer on a metal backing, measuring temperature in degrees Celsius (C).
