Description from the seller
Beautiful old 4/4 Saxon violin from the Markneukirchen region from the 1930s, thus nearly 100 years old. The violin is in great condition, but of course shows signs of wear. The sound is rich and warm and has been checked by a luthier. The violin comes with its original violin case.
The sizes are:
Total length. 59.2 cm
Mensuur. 32.9 cm
Body. 35.9 cm
Size. 11.0 cm
Width at the top. 16.5 cm
Width at bottom: 20.1 cm
Violins and bows described as 'certified' or 'attributed' contain images of their certificates and therefore have a higher degree of documented certainty regarding maker, origin, and age than instruments that are only described as 'labeled' (violins) or 'stamped' (bows), for which we provide no guarantee.
