This artwork is situated within a contemporary synthetic cubism vocabulary, where color and geometry articulate the composition.

In "Color Composition" I develop a language of contemporary cubism where the work is built from chromatic planes and geometric rhythms that balance with one another. The painting does not seek to represent a recognizable scene, but to organize space through color, understanding each plane as an autonomous unit within the whole.

This work engages in dialogue with the tradition of synthetic Cubism, and finds a clear reference in the work of Georges Valmier, especially in his way of conceiving color as structure rather than ornament. Just as in his work, the color here acts as a constructive element, generating balance, rhythm, and depth without resorting to traditional perspective.

The composition is articulated through chromatic tensions and controlled contrasts, where each form finds its place within a precise visual order. Painting from this approach means, for me, an exercise in synthesis: reducing the image to its essentials and allowing color to be the true protagonist, capable of sustaining the internal architecture of the work and its emotional resonance.
