Made in the municipality of Grinzane Cavour, it is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown using sustainable methods and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The resulting wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation and subsequently ages for approximately 24 months in French oak barriques (20% new). It then completes its aging in the bottle, resting for nine months, which ensures further balance, complexity, and harmony between the aromas and flavors. The result is a classy wine, perfect for cellaring for a long time and/or enjoying on special occasions, in the company of family or dearest friends.
