Offered for sale is a substantial ethnographic bronze bracelet (open torque / cuff) from West Africa, Sahel region.
This impressive piece is attributed to the late 19th to early 20th century (circa 1880–1930).
It stands out for its exceptional weight, strong sculptural presence, and richly decorated surface featuring traditional braided / rope-like relief patterns, raised nodules and geometric motifs.
The bracelet shows a beautiful natural aged patina, consistent with authentic use and age.
