Rare Blanc de Chine Cadogan teapot in peach form with a monkey handle, porcelain, dating to ca. 1940–1950, measuring 14.5 cm high, 16 cm wide and 8.5 cm deep, made in China.

Rare Blanc de Chine teapot in Cadogan form, inspired by a Chinese wine jug from the collection of the Earl of Cadogan. This unique teapot was filled via a tube from the bottom to the top, allowing it to stand upright without leaking.
Shaped like a peach, with an elegant monkey-handled handle, also known as the reverse-fill or celadon puzzle teapot. Probably used to pour hot water for tea or coffee.
Condition: Good, no major damage visible.
