A four-piece silver-plated coffee set dating from 1940–1950, comprising a bulging milk jug with spout and single handle and an open, bowl-like sugar pot, both featuring the distinctive wavy ribbed design.
Description from the seller
Material: Both objects are silver-colored, probably made of silver-plated metal.
Design: The sides of both pieces are adorned with a striking wavy or ribbed pattern that gives a dynamic and elegant effect. This pattern is visible on both the exterior and the inner edge.
Milk jug/creamer: (10 x Ø6.5 x H 6 cm), with a spout and a single handle. The shape is bulbous and follows the set’s undulating design.
Sugar pot: (Ø 9 x H 4 cm), open bowl-like piece, without handles or spout. It is designed to store loose sugar. This piece also features the characteristic wavy pattern.
Markings: On the bottom of the sugar pot, markings are visible: "2 GR" and underneath the name "PRIMA N.S." These markings can indicate the manufacturer, the material, or the origin. "PRIMA N.S." is the name of the producer or silverworking workshop, and "2 GR" could indicate a silver content or a specific series.
