Pair of vintage desk lamps – Memphis style / Postmodern – 1980s/1990s.
Description:
For sale, a magnificent pair of desk lamps with a geometric and playful design, emblematic of the Memphis movement. With their bright primary colors and bold shapes (triangles, circles, straight lines), they will bring an "arty" and retro touch to your interior.
Features:
Design: Asymmetric structure with slanted arms.
Colors: A vibrant mix of red, blue, yellow and white (lampshade). Note that one of the models has natural wood uprights and the other red-lacquered uprights.
Materials: base and supports in metal/wood, conical opaline plastic lampshade (which diffuses a soft, warm light).
Condition: In very good vintage condition. They function perfectly (see photos with the lamps on). Some minor signs of use normal for their age, which do not in any way affect their aesthetics.
