This is a dazzling porcelain vase.
Herend Rothschild, dated between 1980/1990.
a vintage piece over 30 years old
Still in perfect condition. It stands 25 centimeters tall, with a classic lip-top and a delicate 24 Kt gold-painted edge that adds a touch of luxury. What makes this vase truly special is the beautiful hand-painted design featuring four charming birds perched on branches, surrounded by delicate foliage (two on each side), along with a diverse array of insects. You can almost feel it.
Feeling the art and the care dedicated to painting.
Each pen and leaf. The porcelain itself is of that clear, bright white for which Herend is famous, smooth to the touch and with a soft shine under the light.


The Rothschild pattern, which this vase features, has a charming backstory — it is named after the Rothschild family, one of Herend's most prominent clients in history. It is said that Baroness Rothschild lost her necklace in the
The garden, and later, was found by birds, which is why the pattern features playful, colorful birds and branches as a reference to that story.
