This is an original Minolta X-700 MPS 35mm SLR film camera body, made in Japan.

The X-700 is Minolta’s flagship manual-focus SLR from the early 1980s, well known for its Aperture Priority AE, Program AE, and Manual exposure modes.
The MPS (Multi Program System) version supports Minolta’s advanced exposure system and dedicated accessories.
