Almir Reis, photographer and painter, was born in São Paulo, Brazil in 1968.
Alongside the great artists whom Almir admires and draws inspiration from, Andy Warhol and David Hockney had a significant influence on his development and artistic creativity.
Today Almir has exhibitions in different parts of the world on his résumé, including Munich, Paris, Tokyo, Buenos Aires, Washington, Islamabad, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro.
In his work, Almir explores images and angles, adding technological and architectural resources, achieving results with a distinctive identity, inventing and reinventing.
Almir currently lives and works in Lisbon, Portugal.
