Aroma
Sweet vanilla and creamy caramel dominate, followed by fresh notes of coconut, peach, and a hint of citrus peel. A subtle touch of oak and marzipan completes the profile.
Taste
Smooth and silky with rich flavors of butterscotch, honey, and vanilla custard. The bourbon casks add nuances of toasted almonds and coconut, accompanied by a light spiciness of white pepper and cinnamon.
Finish
Medium-long and warming, with a lingering sweetness of vanilla, delicate wood notes, and a hint of tropical fruit. The whisky remains smooth and refined to the very end.
Highland Park-10yo-46%
Aroma: Inviting and opulent. Ripe red fruits, such as blackberries, raspberries, and a hint of plum compote. Dark chocolate and damp oak follow. Underlying these are notes of cloves, candied oranges, and a touch of leather.
Taste: Full-bodied and warming. Velvety port sweetness, carried by raisins, dark grape juice, and toasted almonds. The oak is present but well-integrated, bringing spice, a touch of cinnamon, and a hint of tobacco to the flavor.
Finish: Long, fruity, and spicy. The aftertaste is characterized by dark berry jam, subtle spice, and a dry hint of cocoa powder.
