Faithful among the faithful of the Rouen School, the late Albert Malet, an outstanding pedagogue, trained many artists in this noble Impressionist movement. Among them, Jean-Pierre Bordry, a friend of Malet, naturally embraced the school's heritage — both through the delicacy of his palette, the finesse of his brushwork, and the refinement of his compositions.
