The Swiss Dufeau watch brand was founded by Walter Zaugg, a former pilot. The company’s name choice is a tribute to Henry and Armande Dufeau, who are among the first Swiss to fly into the sky. The Dufeau brothers also took part in the production of aircraft and knives. In 1910, Armande crossed the Lake Geneva with “Apparat No.3 70” along its entire length from Geneva to Neuville, breaking the World Record.
