This is an open-face (Lépine) pocket watch — not a savonette.
Case:
The pocket watch features a solid 14K gold outer case, which is smooth and very well preserved, with no visible traces of wear.
The inner lid (dust cover) is made of metal (not gold), as originally produced.
Movement condition
High-grade IWC-signed movement in very good working order. The watch runs well and keeps accurate time.

The pocket watch is accompanied by the gilded chain (Albert chain) visible in the photos, as well as a vintage box from the period.
