An older traditional violin with patina, labelled Mario Gadda, wooden body, 334 g, not functional and requiring restoration.
Description from the seller
An older violin is for sale, with beautiful patina and a great appearance. Inside the body there is a note with the inscription * Mario Gadda *.
Old violin built in traditional style with a beautiful, warm tone. The instrument shows age-related wear that underscores its authentic character. The body is wooden with finely crafted f-holes, a dark fingerboard, and a classic scroll.
The ceiling has some scratches and a crack in the upper-right corner. Additionally, the violin scroll has a patch of lacquer peeling.
Ideal for musicians, collectors, or as a decorative piece. The condition reflects its age; a check‑over or overhaul may be worthwhile depending on your expectations.
