Toraia tribal art from Sulawesi, an original Toraja decorative panel for Toraja houses. Locally known as "pinti Kecil Toraja".

Old (circa 1950) and 100% authentic. Placed on a beautiful, sleek black stand, it is a valuable decorative item for your home. Very special for collectors, as the Toraja culture has been declared a Cultural Heritage. This panel has been in my possession for over 20 years and was purchased in Sulawesi at the time. Dimensions approximately 100 x 45 cm. The weight is heavy! about 20 kg.

The wood has a unique patina, and the item is in very good condition despite its age and exposure to the elements. The cracks in the Ulin Iron Wood contribute, in my opinion, to the authenticity and character of this beautiful piece!
