Description from the seller

Twelve fish plates, probably depicting a sole, in Quimper faience, signed Henriot, Quimper VL for Victor Lucas.

Plates dating from the 60s–70s. Ideal for serving fish, crustaceans, and shellfish. A very uncommon model.

Small chip on the top of the heads of the sole on a plate, traces of pernettes* underneath. All the plates are shown in photos, so please review them carefully.

Good overall condition

Diameter: 21.5 cm

*Pernettes: A pernette is a support that prevents pottery from touching each other in the kiln during firing. This leaves areas without glaze on the underside of the ceramics.
