Grzegorz Gust, original mixed media acrylic painting Wiosenne latarnie (100 x 70 cm), 2025, signed, in perfect condition, depicting plants and flowers with green and white tones, created directly from the artist in Poland.
Description from the seller
"Spring Lanterns" is a painter's tale of hope and the delicate power of nature. The central motif is snowdrops—the first signs of life, which in my interpretation stop being merely flowers and become living lanterns.
The painting is the result of seeking a balance between the rawness of cool greens and the subtle, warm glow emanating from within the chalices. The acrylic technique I used allowed me to achieve a rich texture and the effect of a "luminous mist" that envelops the plants, giving the whole piece an dreamlike, almost fairy-tale quality.
The work radiates calm and positive energy. It is an ideal choice for interiors that are meant to be an oasis and a place of tranquility.
Thanks to the gradation of emerald, white, and delicate pink tones, the image works depending on the lighting in the room, revealing different details each time.
The 100×70 cm format makes the work dominate the space in a noble way, drawing the eye, but not overwhelming the interior.
Visible brushstrokes and delicate splatters (splatter) give the composition dynamism and a modern flair, combining the classical subject with a contemporary form of expression.
In this work I wanted to capture the moment when nature comes to life not with a shout, but with a whisper and light. It is a tribute to delicacy, which has the power to pierce through the hardest earth.
A painting with painted edges, ready to hang.
