On offer is an old fine full sized master violin, labeled: "Josephus Rauch me fecit/Commotovii An. 1768". The second label reads: "repariert 1926 Ernst Liebig, Breslau, Katharinenstr. Nr 12". The violin has two pieces back made from beautiful flamed maple with matched sides, neck and scroll; the table is likewise matching of high quality, straight high grained spruce.
