In Friends Two I let friendship become ambiguous, almost indecipherable. I don’t know if there are two, three, or four presences that inhabit the canvas, and I don’t want to fix it either. Faces overlap, fragment, and seek each other like souls sharing the same emotional space. Gazes appear and disappear, creating an intimate dance where identity dissolves without losing itself. Color flows with warmth, like a long and sincere conversation, and matter accumulates in layers that hold memories, touches, and silences. I paint from intuition, allowing the work to breathe on its own and maintain its mystery.

Unique and Original Work
Each painting is a unique creation, sent directly from my studio. I use high-quality acrylics and oils, along with innovative mixed media techniques, including dripping, waxes, acrylic markers, pens, rollers, brushes, and spatulas. This combination allows me to achieve distinctive strokes and textures that bring my works to life.
To facilitate framing, each canvas includes an additional 5-centimeter margin on all sides. The edges are painted with a wrap-around finish, allowing the artwork to be appreciated in its entirety, whether framed with an American box or unframed. To ensure durability and protect the colors from UV rays, each painting receives a layer of high-quality satin varnish.

Images are illustrative and may not accurately represent the exact scale of the work, so it is recommended to carefully review the actual dimensions provided.
Likewise, the colors displayed on the screen may differ slightly from the original tones of the artwork; it always looks better in person.

The paintings are carefully rolled and shipped in secure packaging to facilitate transportation. Each shipment includes a printed certificate of authenticity, signed by me, Onofre Alarcón (O.A), which certifies the exclusivity and originality of the artwork.

About me:
I am a self-taught Spanish visual artist, based in Alicante, driven by an unwavering passion for creative freedom and spontaneous expression. My creative process is fueled by a relaxed and stimulating environment, where chill-out music accompanies me, allowing me to channel my energy and give my best in every brushstroke. I am particularly drawn to the expressionist style, where emotion and subjectivity take center stage. The proximity to the Mediterranean has profoundly influenced my work, leading me to capture the beauty and strength of the sea on numerous canvases. Additionally, cave art is a constant source of inspiration, and its primitive and essential strokes are often reflected in my creations. I consider myself an artist in constant evolution, exploring new techniques and styles, with vast creative potential. Each piece is a step forward in my artistic journey, pushing me to reach new goals.
