Our standards
Each bonsai is delivered with a sample pack of our preferred organic bonsai long-term fertilizer.
To determine the trunk width, we set the measuring instrument at half the height between the root collar and the first branch (see example image). In the case of multiple stems, the widest one is selected.
- All of our trees are planted in a substrate mix specially developed by us.
As far as possible, we reuse old packaging for shipping, for the love of the environment.
The trees are cast before shipping, protected from drying out, and securely fixed in the outer carton.
The shipment will be sent insured.
Service providers are contracted who state that they usually deliver the goods within a maximum of 4 working days.
We ship each Monday following receipt of payment on Catawiki to avoid delivery delays caused by weekends.
