Bound in green goat leather with spherical inlay to center of book, which is hand painted and depicting the skyline of Antwerp during sunset, as Antwerp plays a significant role in this book as Domitien resides there. Gilt embossed title panel to lower side of spine. With slipcase. Book is part of a limited, numbered deluxe edition of which the total print run was 1.301 copies, this book being number 598, printed on high-quality velin superieur astra paper. Original illustration by Philippe Swyncop, which were hand-colored using the pochoir (stencil) technique. Gilted top edge with blue hue. Bibliophile and collectible copy. Internals fine. 4+6+2+6+220+8+6+4pp.
