Description from the seller
In my painting 'Everything in Your Head' (acrylic on canvas, 70 x 100 cm), I wanted to explore the theme of the boundlessness of human imagination and emotions. The title serves as a key to interpreting this scene – suggesting that what we see externally is often a projection of our inner world.
The wooden, slightly weathered structure emerges from the bottom left corner and dissolves into nothingness. To me, this bridge symbolizes a safe zone from which we depart to confront the unknown and the limitless. I abandoned the traditional horizon. The background is a dense, dynamic nebula of colors – from deep navy and violet to luminous whites and gentle yellows. I wanted this space to resemble simultaneously the night sky, the depth of the ocean, and the intricate structure of thoughts. The rawness and tangible texture of the planks contrast with the ethereal, almost powdery character of the background. This is a collision of matter and spirit, of the real and the dreamt. The brightest point of the image is placed on the right side, towards which the perspective of the bridge leads. It represents a point of hope, a destination, or a moment of enlightenment awaiting us in the labyrinth of our own minds.
Through this composition, I want to invite the viewer to stop at the edge of this bridge and ask themselves: what is in my own space?
