The meteorite was found during a search in the dense collection area of Bechar and was subsequently purchased by the owner of the main mass from a trader in
Algeria.

Petrography: polymict fusobreccia composed of fusion clasts
Black grains up to 0.5 mm in size and mineral fragments up to 1.6 mm embedded in a finely recrystallized shock-melt matrix. The main minerals are exsolved pyroxene, zoned pyroxene, olivine, and calcic plagioclase. The mineral grains entrained in the melt matrix often show resorption textures. Minor phases include silica, chromite, ilmenite, FeS, and baddeleyite. No metallic iron detected.
