Aan de Eem, circa 1950–1960, gouache on paper by David Schulman, signed, original framed impressionist landscape from the Netherlands, 68 × 86 cm, in excellent condition.

This atmospheric, impressionistic work by David Schulman depicts a wide landscape along the Eem river. Schulman was one of the most important and last remaining painters of the famous Larense School. He was known for his precise rendering of the Dutch landscape, particularly acclaimed for his snow-covered village scenes and atmospheric river landscapes in the Gooi.
