Description from the seller

Emerald and diamond ring of outstanding quality. 18k white gold.
Weight 7.78 grams Ring size 54
This outstanding emerald, with its exceptional color and outstanding quality, weighing approximately 2.2 ct, was purchased by my parents in Colombia in the 1960s. The emerald cost $10,500 directly from the Colombian emerald mine in 1962. >> see the original invoice in the pictures. Together with the equally outstanding diamonds, this is an exceptionally valuable piece of jewelry. The ring was crafted as a unique piece from 750 white gold by a master goldsmith I know in the 1980s. The surrounding 16 baguette-cut diamonds were specially cut to the appropriate size in Antwerp. The total weight of the diamonds is approximately 1.40 ct. Excellent color: E-F.
Cut very good - good Clarity vvs -vs
An internationally valid expert opinion was completed at IGI in Antwerp on January 8. An invoice is available and will be enclosed with the piece of jewelry.
