Description from the seller

Elegant antique English decanter, dating from 1937 (United Kingdom), combining quality glass with a mounting in sterling silver 925.

The body of the decanter is decorated with a hand-painted hunting scene, depicting a rider and his dogs. This hunting motif is typical of the British interwar tradition and lends the piece a refined and authentic character.

The collar is adorned with a mount in solid English sterling silver, fully hallmarked, comprising:
the lion passant (sterling silver 925)
• the maker's mark “C & H”,

The decanter is completed with its original stopper in faceted glass, perfectly matched and functional.
