Volume bound in full flame calfskin, with a smooth spine adorned by a central plate and a compartmented design in gilt tooling. Speckled edges. - Binding well preserved, with slight rubbing. Interior fresh except for the endpapers, which are browned.

The Roret Manuals were published from 1822 to 1939. With almost 400 titles, this editorial collection constitutes an encyclopedia of know-how and professional techniques across a broad spectrum.

Roret manuals have enjoyed great success and their reputation remains current. Each title has often undergone several reissues, revamps, printings, translations, duplications… which attest to the evolution of the trades.
