Description from the seller

Momo
"Crush", 2026

Acrylic on Canvas (Diptych)

In the diptych Crush, Momo presents an immersive exploration of emotional depth through expansive, atmospheric abstraction. The two vertical panels are unified by a cooling, aquatic palette of brilliant cerulean, turquoise, and deep cobalt, accented by ethereal washes of pale sky blue and white.

The work moves away from defined lines in favor of soft, cloud-like textures and layered glazes that appear to shift and swirl like tidal currents. By concentrating the most saturated blues toward the center and allowing them to diffuse into lighter, misty edges, Momo creates a sense of pulsating luminosity and vast, open space. Crush serves as a meditative study on the overwhelming nature of feeling, capturing the moment an emotion becomes as wide and deep as the ocean itself.
