Antique Crystal Compote on High Foot – Val Saint Lambert
Elegant antique crystal compote on a high pedestal, executed in pressed crystal by Val Saint Lambert, Belgium.
This model is documented in the original Val Saint Lambert Catalogue of 1913, listed as catalogue number 26, and belongs to the refined early 20th-century production of moulded and pressed crystal tableware.
The bowl features a ribbed (fluted) decoration with a gently scalloped rim, standing on a well-balanced, vertically ribbed stem and a broad circular foot. The proportions and crisp moulding are characteristic of Val Saint Lambert’s high-quality pressed crystal from this period, offering both elegance and durability.
