In We’ll Be OK Together, BRIGA builds a scene that is only apparently naive: two anthropomorphic figures – a frog and a giraffe – hold hands beneath a blue sky studded with stars, accompanied by a rainbow and a simple, almost reassuring phrase. The image immediately strikes with its direct visual impact, but it is precisely behind this immediacy that the strength of the work lies.

The BRIGA universe is populated by hybrid and symbolic characters, suspended between play and introspection. Here childhood is not nostalgia, but language: an emotional code that enables us to address complex themes such as fragility, the need for protection, and trust in others. The inscription “We’ll Be OK Together,” painted as a spontaneous sign on the surface, does not provide an explanation, but amplifies the meaning of the image, leaving the viewer an open space for identification and interpretation.

Color is the absolute protagonist: saturated expanses of blue, yellow, and green create an emotional atmosphere more than a real space. The painting material remains visible, deliberately imperfect, with a free and instinctive brushstroke that rejects polished aesthetics in favor of authentic and direct expression. This choice strengthens the artwork’s dialogue with the language of street art and contemporary Naïf art, while also maintaining a strong authorial identity.
