The artwork is a seascape characterized by a horizontal, minimalist composition. In the foreground, two beach chairs face the ocean, positioned on the golden sand. The long, pronounced shadows projected to the left suggest oblique light, typical of the late afternoon.
The technique feels tactile, especially in the rendering of the foam of the waves, where white is laid on with decisive brushstrokes that impart movement and volume to the water. The contrast between the stillness of the chairs and the dynamism of the sea creates a pleasing visual balance.
