Description from the seller
Antonio Sciacca – Orchid
Oil on canvas, 70 × 60 cm
One of a kind piece
Original work by Maestro Antonio Sciacca, Orchidea, is an oil on canvas of great visual and emotional intensity. The floral subject, isolated against a dark background, emerges with painterly force thanks to a skilful chromatic contrast: the warm and vibrant tones of the flower converse with the deep black of the background, creating an effect of strong impact and refinement.
The brushstroke is decisive yet sensitive, capable of returning to the flower a perfect balance between matter and lightness, between realism and emotional interpretation. The orchid, symbol of elegance and uniqueness, becomes here the absolute protagonist, almost suspended in space, enhanced by an essential and contemporary composition.
Signed in the bottom right by the artist and on the back. The work is a unique piece, ideal for collectors or for those who wish to enhance modern or classical spaces with a piece characterized by strong personality and artistic value.
