Antique Indian Tribal Embroidered patchwork style tapestry.
A Banjara embroidery is a vibrant, intricate and traditional embroidery art form practiced by the nomadic Banjara community in the area of Rajasthan and Karnatake.
It is characterized by geometrical patterns and heavy embellishment including mirrors, shells, beads and coins
Traditionally the needlework is used for women attired simbolizing prosperity and safety.

The overall tapestry is in good condition except some of the seams of the squares that are sow together are open, it needs to sew them properly as you can see at the pictures.
It has at the back eyelet to facilitate the introduction of a bar to hang the tapestry. You can see it in the picture.
