Marble plateau with marble border and surround, and marble shelves, from around the 1880s, France.
The tabletop is crafted from a single block of marble, featuring small shelves also made of marble, with a single hand-carved and shaped drawer, with handles in gilded bronze, on curved French-style legs shaped like baskets.


The marble is not glued to the furniture. It separates.

Very good condition
There are some slight signs of wear on the marble and on the wood.
But it remains in perfect condition. It has been varnished.
