Description from the seller
Artist: Nicolò Ibba (N1CK) 22 January 1983
Title: Social Media Lovers
Year: 2025
Technique: Acrylic on canvas
Dimensions: 50 × 50 cm
Concept of the work:
Technology is a paradox: it simplifies our lives and connects us across distances, yet it often leaves a sense of emptiness in its wake.
With this painting, I wanted to reflect on how the digital era has reshaped our most personal connections. We embrace each other, but our faces are replaced by pixels.
Are we still looking at the person, or just a projection of them?
Is love still the same when it's filtered through a screen?
Technical Details
Original artwork and a one-of-a-kind piece handmade by the artist. The painting sits within the contemporary Pop Art movement with urban influences.
Signature and Certification:
The artwork is hand-signed by the artist on both the front and back of the canvas. A Certificate of Authenticity signed by the author is provided.
Terms and Shipping
The artwork is in excellent condition. It will be shipped mounted on a frame (as a whole) with professional and secure packaging.
Notes about the artist
Nicolò Ibba is an Italian self-taught artist whose expressive research focuses on Pop Art and social critique, reinterpreting the messages of contemporary culture through a bold and impactful aesthetic.
